Zambia's President Lungu Swears in New Finance Minister

President Edgar Lungu has fired Finance Minister Margaret Mwanakatwe and appointed Bwalya Ng'andu to replace her, the president's office has said, giving no reasons for Lungu's decision. Ng'andu, a former deputy governor of Zambia's central bank, is the third person to hold the post in three years.
