Six Months On and Still No Ugandan Sugar in Tanzania

Little has changed months after a ministerial meeting was held at the Mutukula border where it was agreed to allow free movement of sugar and edible oil from Uganda. This is one of the issues up for discussion at a Tanzania-Uganda business forum to be held in Dar es Salaam by Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni and Tanzania's John Magufuli on September 4.
