'Flawed' Report Sees Public Protector Lose ConCourt Case

The South African Constitutional Court has ruled that Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane put forward a "number of falsehoods" in her investigation into the Reserve Bank's (SARB) apartheid-era Bankorp bailout and upheld an order that she must pay 15% of the SARB's legal costs, an estimated R900,000 (U.S.$64, 653).
