Uganda: 50,000 To Get Cholera Vaccine in Uganda Following Outbreak

At least 50,000 people in Bududa District are to be vaccinated against cholera, the Ministry of Health has revealed. Read more »
Bududa District in the east of the country has identified 51 residents with the disease. More than 50,000 residents in the district will be vaccinated, the health ministry's Emmanuel Ainebyo has said. The cholera vaccine is administered orally for persons above one year.
