An attempt by a petitioner, David Ngari, to stop the debate on the ThirdWay Alliance party's Punguza Mizigo Bill that reportedly seeks to reduce members of parliament, cap the overall cost of running parliament and increase devolved funds, has been thrown out by the high court and now paves the way for the debate to proceed.
