Mombasa Magistrate's Actions Land Him on Wrong Side of the Law

A Mombasa Principal Magistrate Edgar Kagoni Matsigulu has been arrested alongside three other court officials for the alleged reckless handling of exhibits, leading to the loss of approximately 10 kilograms of heroin valued at about U.S.$300,000 and cash in various currencies, valued at approximately U.S.$6,000.
