Suspects in Nigeria's Failed Gas Project Deal Plead Guilty

Two representatives of a UK company have pleaded guilty to charges of fraud and tax evasion levelled against them by the government in respect of the failed contract that led to a recent awarding of a U.S.$9.6 billion judgment against Nigeria by a British commercial court. The court also ordered the firm to forfeit all its assets to the Nigerian government.
