Kagame Launches First Smartphone Ever to be Made in Rwanda

President Paul Kagame has welcomed the development noting that the Mara Phone joins a growing list of high-quality products made in the country. The development is expected to boost ownership and use of smartphones in Rwanda which among other things improves access and delivery of public services as well as financial inclusion.
