Uganda Govt Denies Plans to Re-Introduce Anti-Gay Bill

The controvesial anti-gay law that was recently dismissed in court was first introduced in 2009, drawing worldwide condemnation and seeing donors threaten to withdraw funding to Uganda. The Constitutional Court annulled the law on the grounds that it was passed without a quorum in parliament.
