No Bail, Leave to Appeal for South African #FeesMustFall Activist

Justice Minister Ronald Lamola has said his department is in the process of helping Kanya Cekeshe with an application to get a presidential pardon from Cyril Ramaphosa. This comes after the Fees Must Fall activist's application for leave to appeal his conviction and to be granted bail was dismissed in the Johannesburg Magistrate's Court.
