Cape Town Farmers Go to Court Over City's Land Rezoning

After years of campaigning, the Philippi Horticultural Area (PHA) Food and Farming Campaign will finally go up against the city, the Western Cape province and a number of developers in court, to fight for the protection and preservation of the most productive horticulture area by hectare in South Africa. Farmers and workers from the Philippi Horticultural Area demonstrated on the steps of the Western Cape High Court.
