Aisha Buhari and a Heady Mix of Power, Drama and Glass Houses
Nigerian First Lady Aisha Buhari has been busy putting out fires since her return from a 2-month break which by all accounts, should be feeling like it never happened. Her first task was to quell rumours about the reasons for that break. Now news of her squabbles with family members over living arrangements at the presidential villa is doing the rounds. In the meantime she is getting ready to form a secretariat for African first ladies, and is getting more staff thanks to her husband President Muhammadu Buhari. Speaking of the president, the fake news about his impending marriage to a minister no less, also surfaced. What a topsy-turvy month Aisha Buhari is having, and from the looks of things, there may be more to come...
