Nigerian Army to Probe Personnel Involved in Torturing Suspect
The army has condemned "unprofessional torture" and "extrajudicial killing" that appears to have been carried out by their personnel in a video. The video reportedly shows a suspected Boko Haram militant being killed in north-east Nigeria.
