Kagame Sends Stern Warning to Those Trying to Destabilise Rwanda

President Paul Kagame has said that Rwandans have reached a time where they can take security for granted, adding that it will continue to be the case. The president was speaking at swearing-in ceremony for new cabinet members and senior military officials.
