Masiyiwa Dangles Carrot to End Zimbabwe Doctors' Strike

Strive and Tsitsi Masiyiwa, through their Higher Life Foundation, have set up a fund which will see up to 2,000 government doctors getting $5 000 (U.S.$310) each on top of what they are already earning. The move comes at a time the public health delivery system in the country has virtually shut down due to a standoff between the government and striking doctors following the firing of hundreds of those who refused to go back to work.
