U.S.$61.4 Billion Needed to Upgrade South African Water Supply
The government has said that it plans to spend R900-billion over the next decade to upgrade the country's water supply and storage systems. This comes as parts of the country including the Eastern Cape and Northern Cape continue to struggle against prolonged drought.
