Somalia Points Finger at Middle East After Bombing
The National Intelligence and Security Agency says, in a report, that there was foreign involvement in the Mogadishu bombing that left scores dead. But opposition leader Abdirahaman Shakur, say the report is only meant to cover up the agency's failure.
