Buhari Won't Hand Pick His Successor - Presidency

Femi Adesina, special adviser to President Muhammadu Buhari on media and publicity, was responding to the call made by Pastor Tunde Bakare, who urged the president to be involved in the choice of his successor in order not destroy his legacies. Bakare urged Buhari not to allow those he described as "looters" to take over the reins of power in 2023, adding that doing so would mean that the anti-corruption war of the current regime would have been in vain.
