No Job Cuts at 'Ailing' South African State-Owned Enterprises

This comes as power utility Eskom seeks U.S.$1.8 billion in tariff hikes from consumers and national airline South African Airways is under business rescue, with the government seemingly unable to raise the U.S.$139 million needed for a bailout.
