Top Malawi Banker Arrested in Election Bribery Case

Thomson Mpinganjira, a prominent Malawian banker, has been arrested in connection with a suspected attempt to bribe a panel of five judges presiding over the country's presidential election vote-rigging case. The arrest comes days before the court is expected to deliver its ruling on the election petition mounted by the opposition.
