Malian Musician Claims U.S. Customs Broke His Instrument

Ballake Sissoko, a noted player of the kora - a 21-string instrument, recently got the shock of his life when he found his instrument in pieces. His musical instrument was broken during a U.S. customs check .Sissoko claims he checked in the instrument in a hard case at the airport in New York and only inspected it when he arrived back at his apartment in Paris.
