Will the Nigerian Govt Negotiate with Boko Haram Militants?

Former Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission Nuhu Ribadu has said that he was not against negotiations with the militants, saying such action by government can go a long way in addressing the decade-long attacks that has seen thousands of lives lost, many injured and  property worth several millions destroyed. Meanwhile, Boko Haram leader Abubakar Shekau has said that Chibok schoolgirls would be set free if their members are released from prison.

President Buhari's victory against Boko Haram was short-lived.
