Uproar as Nigeria Govt's U.S.$22.7 Billion External Loan Approved
Nigeria's Senate has approved the U.S.$22.7 billion external loan proposal it received from President Muhammadu Buhari. The funds will be used to expand the railways, build a new hydro power dam and fund special intervention projects.
