Court Sets Aside 'Reckless' Report by South Africa's Mkhwebane

Opposition party the Economic Freedom Fighters has said that it will appeal the North Gauteng High Court judgment in favour of President Cyril Ramaphosa in the investigation by Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane over a U.S.$33,000 donation made to Ramaphosa for his presidential campaign by Bosasa, a firm accused of acquiring government tenders illegally.
