Ugandan Police Arrest Presidential Aspirant Henry Tumukunde

Former Ugandan security minister Lieutenant General Henry Tumukunde has been been arrested by a joint security task team led by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations, on allegations of treason. The arrest comes just days after he  declared his intention to run for the presidency in 2021.
