Sierra Leone President Self-Isolates as COVID-19 Cases Rise

President Julius Maada Bio has announced that he is going into self-quarantine for 14 days as a precautionary measure after one of his bodyguards tested positive for COVID-19. Eight new cases have been confirmed, bringing the total tally to 43. Meanwhile, six people were given the all-clear and discharged from hospital, after receiving treatment for the virus.
