Kenya Unaware of BBC's Report on COVID-19 Vaccine Trials
The ministry of health has denied knowledge of plans by Oxford University researchers to test their vaccines on Kenyans because of the lower COVID-19 transmission rates in the region, as reported by the British Broadcasting Corporation. President Uhuru Kenyatta has further dismissed these reports saying "there are those saying that research is ongoing where Kenyans are being used as guinea pigs for vaccine tests. There are no truths to such allegations."
