Is Now the Right Time for South African Schools to Reopen?

The Department of Basic Education's Director General has presented a back-to-school plan which will see a staggered re-entry of learners that will continue until mid-July. Despite this, teachers have expressed alarm that schools might reopen without sufficient social distancing measures in place, according to Liezl Human of GroundUp.
