Joyce Banda Accuses Malawi Govt of Exaggerating COVID-19 Figures

Former Malawi president Joyce Banda has accussed the government of bloating COVID-19 figures and abusing resources for the pandemic in the country. While acknowledging the presence of the disease in the country, Banda said: "Covid-19 is real but the way this country is handling corona virus resources leaves a lot to be desired." Malawi's Covid-19 cases stand at 101 with four deaths and 60 active cases since the first cases were reported on April 2.
