Lockdown Regulations Irrational, Perplexing - South African Judge

Judge Norman Davis has ruled that regulations imposed during levels 3 and 4 of the country's national COVID-19 lockdown were unconstitutional and that little to no regard was given to the extent of their impact. This included limiting the number of attendees at a funeral to 50 people, which Judge Davis described as "distressing".
