Previously 'Broke' Kenyan Varsity Scoops Law Award at The Hague

The Catholic University of Eastern Africa has emerged as the best in the regional Memorial For Africa Award at the just-concluded 2020 edition of the ICC Moot Court. This year's event, which was organised by the Grotius Centre for International Legal Studies, was done virtually due to the novel coronavirus outbreak. The university was in 2018 facing a cash crunch, which led to salary delays and disruption of services.
