Hope For More Jobs, Tech Skills With New Nigeria Gas Pipeline

Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari launched the beginning of construction of the U.S.$2,8 billion Ajaokuta-Kaduna-Kano gas pipeline (AKK) which when completed, will have the capacity to generate 3,600 megawatts of electricity. The president promised the timeous delivery of the project within budget and according to the specifications set. Nigeria has been plagued by electricity shortages for many years.
