Nigeria President Okays Suspension of Crimes Commission's Magu

Four days after Acting Chairperson of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission Ibrahim Magu was picked up by security operatives, the presidency is yet to officially communicate to Nigerians on its investigation into the suspended official. As yet, no official statement has been issued on his suspension and no presidential announcement on Magu's successor either, reports the Daily Trust. According to a report by Kunle Adebajo in Premium Times, President Muhammadu Buhari has approved Magu's suspension.
