Africa at 'Pivotal Point', Approaches One Million Covid-19 Cases

Covid-19 infections in Africa are about to exceed one million cases as the pandemic surges in several hotspot countries.Five countries account for about 75% of the  Covid-19 cases - Algeria, Egypt, Ghana, Nigeria and South Africa - and more people are dying. South Africa alone accounts for around half of the continent's total cases.
