Rwanda and Nigeria are two African nations that have turned to artificial intelligence (AI) to curb the Covid-19 pandemic. This comes after Tshilidzi Marwala of The Daily Maverick in South Africa wrote that mathematics and AI could be used to determine when the nation should lift its lockdown.
