Boko Haram Splinter Group Abducts Over 100 in Lake Chad Region

Militants from the Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP), a splinter group of Boko Haram, have abducted people living in Kukawa in the Lake Chad region. Those taken had just returned to their homes after spending nearly two years in displacement camps in Maiduguri in Nigeria, following a bloody attack in November 2018.
