The Court of Appeal has announced that it will establish special panels that would facilitate the decongestion of backlog of appeals in the various divisions of the court. The  panels, which will be sitting in two sessions daily, will work for three days to dispose over 100 motions and other applications lingering in the court, sometimes caused by the litigants, who fail to file complete processes, writes Alex Enumah for This Day.
