AfDB Appoints Gauthier Bourlard As Director and Special Advisor

The African Development Bank Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Gauthier BOURLARD as Director and Special Advisor in the Office of the President, effective 1 January 2021. As Director and Special Advisor, Gauthier will support the President to strengthen partnerships and engagements with multilateral development banks, international institutions and global initiatives in order to coordinate international financing for development.

Gauthier, a Belgian citizen, is a seasoned professional in international negotiations and relations with various stakeholders.
