Kenya: Google Shares 'Bad News' for YouTuber Content Creators

Search engine Google has informed YouTubers via email that it will be "required to deduct U.S. taxes from payments to creators outside of the country". YouTubers in America will not have to take on any additional tax burden though. And this additional tax will kick in as early as June 2021. This change will impact on thousands of creators since the U.S. is one of the biggest markets for YouTube viewership.
