No Enemy of Our Neighbours Will Operate on Rwandan Soil - Kagame
President Paul Kagame has said anyone who wants to destabilise Rwanda's neighbours will never be allowed to operate from Rwanda.
The president was addressing over 400 opinion leaders and residents in Rusizi District, where he also tackled security and development issues during a tour of the western and southern provinces.
During the citizen outreach programme, Kagame put emphasis on development and welfare of the people, pushing for effective and timely delivery of services that impact people's lives.
The four-day citizen outreach programme ended on August 28 with the president visiting Karongi District where he toured the Rugabano Tea Factory which has the capacity to process 1,000,000 kilograms of tea per year, reports Edwin Musoni for The New Times.
