Tanzania, Mozambique In Joint Hydrocarbon Venture

Tanzania's President Samia Suluhu Hassan is on a four-day official visit to Mozambique, which has seen an undertaking with President Filipe Nyusi that the two countries will work together at exploring the use of hydrocarbons - the building blocks of vital energy sources such as coal and gas.

Mozambique will be the first of the two countries to export liquefied natural gas, which should happen in the coming days, through the Coral Sul offshore project, in Area 4 of the Rovuma Basin.
