AfDB President's Address to Baptist Boy’s High School Centennial

To mark the 100-year milestone of the Baptist Boy's High School, Abeokuta, Nigeria, the Africa Development Bank (AfDB) president, Akinwumi Adesina, delivered a keynote address on "The Role of Education in 21st Century Nigeria. "The Baptist Boys High School, Abeokuta, has contributed considerably in the development of quality human capital for Nigeria," remarked the AfDB president. "This extraordinary institution has gained respect and admiration as a center of excellence and a citadel for functional, modern and quality education," he added. "Sitting in front of us today are the elders and the leaders that came out of this great institution. Well done to all of you."
