In Harare, Zimbabwe, women like 23-year-old Ashley Farakeza are defying the odds, and making it possible for other young women in the community to challenge the norm. In an interview with allAfrica's Jerry Chifamba, she tells us about her journey to enter into a male-dominated industry.
