West Africa: Mastercard Foundation's CITL - Request for Proposals

The Mastercard Foundation Centre for Innovative Teaching and Learning in ICT (CITL) is seeking Request for Proposals for a landscape study of the EdTech ecosystem in the West African Economic and Monitory Union (WAEMU) and a partner to help co-design and implement the EdTech Mondays platform in the region. [Extended Deadline - proposals should be submitted by April 28, 2023].
