The following is a communique issued on the 4th consultative meeting on Madagascar, held in Addis Ababba, Ethiopia. The ICG-M is part of an effort by the African Union to bring together members of organizations like COMESA, EU, IOC, and SADC, among others, to find a way out of the crisis in Madagascar.
