Kibaki Issues Directive on Illicit Brew

President Mwai Kibaki has yet again ordered the provincial administration to decisively deal with the sale and consumption of illicit brews. This comes as some of those found responsible for these deaths were arraigned in a Thika court. The brews suspected to have laced with poisonous substances have led to the death of 28 people in Ruiru and Nyahururu in the last three days.
