Al Shabaab officially joins Al Qaeda

International terror group Al Qaeda has announced that Somali militant group Al Shaabab has formerly joined its ranks. Al Shaabab, which is currently at war with the Kenya Defence Forces, has always pledged its loyalty to Al Qaeda, but it's the first time Al Qaeda has officially accepted Al Shaabab into their ranks. And the question on many Kenyans' minds will be, is Kenya fighting Al Shaabab or Al Qaeda?
