Save the Children and World Vision have joined forces to produce a Nutrition Barometer, which monitors governments' financial, political and legal commitments to tackling undernutrition among children. The report focuses on the 36 countries that have 90 percent of the world's undernourished children.  The barometer seeks to hold these governments accountable by reviewing their progress and identifying new opportunties to fulfill their commitments, report officals say.
