DR Congo Rebels Hand Back Control of Goma

M23 rebels have begun withdrawing from the city of Goma in the east of the Democratic Republic of Congo. Their pull-out took place two weeks after they seized control of the regional capital. It signals some progress towards ending the fighting in the region.
