U.S. Summit of African Leaders Could be a New Start

U.S. President Barack Obama is slated to host a Summit of African leaders in Washington in August, possibly a sign that his administration is paying more attention to the continent than in the past. As VOA's Kent Klein reports, many Africans and Africa experts say he has not done enough.
